The development of the Technology Master Plan is a highly interactive process involving a broad spectrum of stakeholders. This ensures that the final document considers all District requirements and provides maximum benefit to students.
The Technology Master Plan Committee consists of various teams:
Focus Groups Development Teams Implementation Teams Large teams that provide insight and feedback on specific areas of technology within the District Small teams that will craft the technical contents of the Technology Master Plan based on input from the Focus Groups These teams are responsible for the districtwide implementation of the Plan
